No pinholes, no tape marks, no anything but whatever small kinks and what that may happen in packing, if I say mint then I always hear about the extremely minor flaws so I say near mint condition . YES, it has the Lucasfilm watermark logo on the back obviously . I was selling this exact poster for $200 even $225 each !! many many times in fact .
